Lindy F. Bradley

Lindy F. Bradley, Esq. is a partner at the law firm of Bradley & Gmelich LLP, in Glendale, California. Barry A. Bradley

Barry A. Bradley is the Managing Partner of Partner of the 25- attorney law firm of Bradley & Gmelich LLP, located in Glendale, California, where he also heads up the firm’s Private Security Team. A former Deputy District Attorney (Hardcore Gang Prosecution Unit), Barry’s practice concentrates on security licensing, business litigation and transactions, as well as defending cases involving negligent security, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and assisting clients in avoiding liability through proactive, preventative measures. The firm acts as general counsel for many security companies in California. Barry is Legal Advisor to the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards & Associates (CALSAGA), and is an active member of ASIS International, and several other non-profit organizations. Ed Zeier

Ed Zeier is the President and CEO of Q:SIS Protection and Investigation, an Executive Protection and Private Investigation firm. He is the Current President of LEAPS. Ed has been serving with LEAPS since 2006 and participating since 2002. Ed served in the US Army, Special Operations and is a member of ASIS.

Randall Ely

Randall Ely is a founding member of the Law Enforcement and Private Security Program (LEAPS), in Los Angeles, CA.  Randall has held executive management positions with several Public, Private, & Non-Profit Corporations.  He has over 30 years’ experience in public safety operations (law enforcement and private security), business management, and business ownership.

Randall holds an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in business administration and management from the University of Redlands, in Redlands California.  Randall also holds a Supervising State of California Vocational Teaching Credential, and has served as an instructor in public safety and business courses.  He has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at California State University, Long Beach.

Randall was a subject matter expert for the development of the Security Officer training curriculum (AB 2880) for the State of California, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and is a past Training Chairperson for the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards and Associates (CALSAGA).

Randall served on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Trade Technical Community College in Los Angeles, serving as the 2012 Chairperson.  Randall also held the office of Regional Vice President for Region III of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) and served two terms as the Chair for the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of ASIS.

Jordan Lippel

Jordan is a highly experienced security professional, with over 25 years of experience specializing in crime prevention security technology, He is a Certified Protection Professional and an expert in security ,crime prevention, artificial intelligence, threat assessments,and behavior intelligences. Over his career, Jordan has held executive positions with AliiedBarton Security Services, Stanley Security Solutions (Stanley Black & Decker) Iron Mountain and ARAMARK. As a respected thought- leader within the security industry, Jordan frequently teaches and presents to security groups, communities and companies around North America. He is well versed on the latest security innovations for preventing crime and protecting places where people shouldn’t be, and enjoys sharing his expertise to build safe, strong communities.

Jordan holds board of directors’ positions with ASIS Internationals Crime Prevention Council, ASIS Internationals Physical Security, Crime Stoppers., (Los Angeles, Ventura) Ventura County Sheriff Foundation, and LEAPS (CAL-ORCA). Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of California Santa Barbara.

(TRAP) is Los Angeles County’s regional, multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency taskforce that investigates, prosecutes and deters vehicle theft and vehicle fraud on a coordinated and cooperative basis.

It is authorized by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, and administered through the Countywide Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee with cooperation from the Los Angeles County Chiefs of Police. TRAP has been highly successful in combating vehicle theft and vehicle fraud by focusing on organized rings and illegal business operations

My prior commands included Patrol Captain at Wilshire (2012) and 77th Divisions (2013) .

I was later promoted to Area Captain as the Commanding Officer of Van Nuys Area (2015).

The duties in the three different Commands included oversight and responsibility 300-400 employees for the following duties: inspecting and overseeing the functions of the patrol officers, detectives and specialized units to ensure compliance with the Department policies, procedures, regulations and standards; supervising the administrative and support functions of professional staff; inspecting personnel, facilities, and tactics for safety and/or training needs; maintaining liaison with numerous municipal, government, civic organizations, and private citizens to establish and maintain rapport to facilitate Department’s functions and to promote neighborhood safety and community policing programs.

Detective Joe Hopkins

Detective Joe Hopkins has three years of prior law enforcement experience and has been with the Los Angeles Police Department for well over 20 years.

Joe has worked various detective assignments such as the Crimes Against Persons and Burglary while assigned to Central Area. He was selected by the Commanding Officer of Financial Crimes Division to work in this specialized detective division. Financial Crimes Division merged with Burglary Auto-Theft Division to form Commercial Crimes Division (CCD). While assigned to CCD, he worked the Burglary Special Section, Pawn Shop Detail. Joe was also assigned to the Metropolitan Financial Section where he investigated identity theft, forgery and embezzlement cases. There was also a stint at Major Fraud Section where he investigated real estate fraud and elder financial abuse. Joe promoted to the rank of Detective III and was assigned as the Detective in Charge of the Elder Persons Estate Unit (EPEU). EPEU investigates complex cases of elder and dependent adult financial abuse when the entire estate has been or is at risk of being compromised.

Joe currently has dual assignments such as the Detective in Charge of the Cyber Crimes Section, Investigation Team and Community Business Coordinator. He actively participates with several public/private partnership efforts and sits on the LEAPS-CAL Board of Directors.

Lieutenant Hosea

Lieutenant Hosea joined the Los Angeles Police Department in June of 1990. During his career he has had the opportunity to work a variety of assignments. These assignments have included patrol, Special Problems Unit, Southwest Division CRASH Unit (gang), South Bureau Homicide Unit, Metropolitan Division, Rampart Detectives, Internal Affairs Group, and as a supervising Detective III in Force Investigation Division. He was subsequently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant I and assigned to Olympic Division as a patrol watch commander. He was later promoted to the rank of Lieutenant II and assigned to Commercial Crimes Division. During which time, he has been assigned as the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the Metro Financial and Fraud (currently Complex Financial Crimes) Sections. Both sections were responsible for handling a variety of financial related crimes throughout the City of Los Angeles. He is currently assigned as the OIC of the Cyber Crimes Section. The Cyber Crimes Section is responsible for investigating various crimes that occur via the internet and conducting forensic examinations of digital devices. Lieutenant Hosea has earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Los Angeles City College, and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from California State University Long Beach.

Corey English

Corey English is a Senior Management Executive and serves as the Chief Operating Officer at GSG Protective Services. Corey has an extensive, diverse business background in leading and directing corporate operations and managing multi-million dollar budgets. He has demonstrated success in establishing and developing strategic long-range operational plans for national and international clients. He delivers results by leading and managing large numbers of personnel using strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, financial management and problem solving. Corey is a twenty-one-year veteran in the private security industry and has worked with all size companies ranging from small regional to large international security providers. Corey has a wide range of business management experience, including Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Finance. Corey has a strong operational knowledge of security operations where he has serviced Fortune 500 companies in the following vertical markets: colleges and universities, commercial and residential, museum and cultural centers, technology and data centers, entertainment, special events, loss prevention, petrochemical and utilities.
